  • still sick.

    breakfast:
    light bread vegan french toast w/ powered sugar and blue agave nectar (150)
    1/2 grapefruit (52)

    lunch:
    tortilla chips (200)
    homemade vegetable juice (30)

    dinner:
    1 1/4 cup vegan creamy portobella mushroom soup (100)
    small garden salad (30)
    two tablespoons light sesame dressing with soy and ginger (70)
    smart dog (45)

    total- 722 calories and 22 grams fat
    weight update- down to 98 pounds

    haven't totaled it up like that for a while.


    i found my boyfriend's digital camera today. i'm going to start an online photo journal i think. i'll put a link to it here if i do.

    the first day of the new year was pretty good for me being sick yet again.
    a lot of cuddling and super nintendo.

  • another winter day.

    it's cold out and me and my boyfriend are inside with chest congestion and coughs. i'm going soon to pick up a cup of coffee from work and go ave x-mas with my mom.

    breakfast:
    1/4 cup blueberry apple granola (110)

    1/2 cup herbal tea (1)
    cup of decaf coffee (2)

    subtotal:
    283 calories and 4.5 grams fat

    i just want to stay in bed all day.

  • today it looks like this outside. it's cold. i have a minor cold.
    i am going to my boyfriend's to make food and go in the hot tub.
    i am suppose to go to a x-mas party tonight for my work. i don't think i am.
    it's a shame it sounded like fun. free beer and bowling.

    two tablespoons better than cream cheese (170)
    mug of coffee (5)

    lunch:
    3/4 can of hormel vegetarian chili (205)
    3/4 cup rice (150)

    dinner:
    small plate of pan fried tofu with mushrooms, onion and broccoli (140)
    bites of hash brown (70)

    output:
    2 hours working (-200)

  • i am down to 99.

    this is a nice thing.
    but i enjoy the structure more the the weight loss.
    maybe i say that because i feel a bit more comfortable at this weight.
    and i really don't want to lose more.
    i want to keep thin and tone up.

    i want to make my number one goal to eat healthy and live healthy.
    yes i want to be thin.
    yes i will still post my pictures.
    pictures of pretty girls and models are nice art.
    but i want to contribute more to this page.

    pictures of my life and some of my thoughts and worries.
    a more complex, dimensional view of myself. not just what goes in my mouth.

    bad if it were a normal day. but it was x-mas so i'm not too worried.

    i also didn't sleep really the night before so i was up for two days straight.
    hopefully that means i burned more calories.

  • i want to shake people from their apathy. and me from mine. this imbalance, chemicals rushing to one part or the other, light headed and heavy eyelids, glossy, painted. these shaky hands that cling to this obsession, every thought, racing, always there are numbers, positive room and negative room and there still so much to lose. always shrinking and expanding, constantly running hands over protruding collar, back, hip bones, always wanting less, always a few more.
